Archiving Policy

The journal recognizes the importance of preserving scholarly publications and ensuring their long-term availability to the academic community. For this reason, appropriate measures are taken to store and safeguard all published materials in reliable digital environments.

Digital Preservation

All articles published in the journal are maintained in electronic format and are available through the journal’s official website. The publisher takes necessary steps to protect the integrity and accessibility of the published content and to reduce the risk of data loss due to technical problems or system failures.

Participation in Archiving Systems

To support long-term preservation, the journal participates in essential digital archiving initiatives. The content of the journal is preserved through cloud systems such as DSpace and our public union's (National Association of Neurologists) backup server, which allow libraries and participating institutions to maintain secure and distributed copies of published materials.

These systems ensure that multiple copies of the journal’s content are stored in independent locations, helping to guarantee continued access even in the event that the journal’s website becomes unavailable.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to archive their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial academic platforms. When doing so, authors should provide full bibliographic information and a reference to the original publication in the journal.

Long-Term Access

The journal is committed to maintaining permanent access to its published articles. If the journal were ever to discontinue publication, reasonable efforts would be made to ensure that previously published content remains available through trusted digital archives and library preservation systems.

Commitment to the Scholarly Record

By supporting established archiving and preservation initiatives, the journal seeks to protect the scholarly record and ensure that the research it publishes remains accessible to researchers, institutions, and readers for years to come.
