Abstract

Parkinson’s disease is the second most common progressive neurodegenerative disorder mainly in middle-elderly population. Particular attention is paid to the evaluation and correction of cognitive disorders among non-motor manifestations of the disease. The purpose of this scientific study was to study the features of clinical deficiency in Parkinson's disease. The study included 36 patients who underwent clinical and neurological assessment, as well as neuropsychological testing according to the MOCA and Hoehn Yahr scales. Thus, according to the results of the study, a direct correlation was found between the severity of the disease and the degree of cognitive impairment.
