Abstract

Lepomeningeal metastasis - one of the neurological complications for a number of malignant tumors, is occurs as a result of infiltration of leptomeninges and subarachnoid space by malignant cells. A 68-year-old male patient with Non Hodgkins lymphoma, came to our clinic with complaints of bilateral drooping of the eyelids, more expressed on the left; nausea, vomiting, severe headaches, dizziness, weakness in the limbs. During the examination, the patient's consciousness was clear, questions were answered adequately. The signs of damage to the third pair of cranial nerves - the oculomotor nerve: bilateral ptosis and mydriasis were revealed in the patient. Thus, the patient was recommended intrathecal treatment (IT) and was referred to an oncologist.
